La Unión will be present at Anuga 2009, consolidating the German market, from 10th to 12th October in Cologne, Germany.

- Traceability
- Traceability at La Unión is totally automated and rigorous with information being collected throughout the whole production process until the moment it reaches the customer.
- Crop follow up and control
- The Quality Department monitors the growers’ estates to ensure that production is being carried out according to the quality specifications established by the company.
- Our Laboratory
- Our laboratory has received the necessary authorization by the National Accreditation Body. It is there that our produce undergoes the phytosanitary checks to guarantee its safety and security.

- Product Reception
- Once the optimum quality of the produce has been established by our laboratory it is received in La Union’s facilities, to be sent on to our customers according to the commercial department’s instructions.
All production control and monitoring is recorded in the traceability files allowing our company to obtain the most important certificates which enable us to work in this sector.
